3. Working principle: Uses energy heat conversion. A circulation fan sends heat from the combustion chamber into the oven's front chamber. Air is evenly distributed through two paired triangular air outlets at the center. A dedicated baking trolley rotates 360 degrees inside the oven to ensure even baking. Airflow from the outlets can be adjusted to control the browning of the products, ensuring consistent color.
