The Working Process Step by Step
Product Loading:
The first step is to load the product into the hopper. Make sure the hopper is clean and free of any debris before loading the product.
Piston Retraction:
Once the product is in the hopper, the piston starts to move backward. As it does so, it creates a low - pressure area inside the cylinder. This low - pressure area causes the product to be drawn from the hopper through a suction tube and into the cylinder.
Container Placement:
While the piston is drawing in the product, the containers are placed under the filling nozzles. This can be done manually or automatically, depending on the setup of the machine.
Piston Extension:
After the cylinder is filled with the product, the piston moves forward. This forward movement forces the product out of the cylinder and through the filling nozzles into the containers. The amount of product dispensed is determined by the stroke length of the piston. By adjusting the stroke length, you can control the volume of the product that is filled into each container.
Cycle Repeat:
Once the containers are filled, the machine repeats the process. The piston moves backward again to draw in more product, and new containers are placed under the nozzles for filling.
