Oven

In the automatic powder feeding and loading process, the raw material silo accurately proportions raw materials such as flour and sugar through a negative pressure conveying system and sends them to the mixing equipment. The entire process is closed and dust-free, with a batching error of ≤0.5%. Entering the dough mixing stage, the intelligent dough mixer automatically adjusts water temperature, rotation speed and time according to the preset formula. After completion, it is seamlessly connected to the next process via a conveyor belt without manual intervention.

The forming and baking process fully demonstrates the advantages of automation: the dough is rolled into uniform sheets by a calender, and the mold automatically stamps out various biscuit shapes, which are then sent to the tunnel oven by a chain conveyor belt. The temperature, humidity and conveying speed in the oven are controlled in linkage through the PLC system to ensure consistent color and taste of each batch of biscuits. After being taken out of the oven, the biscuits immediately enter the cooling line and pass through a multi-layer mesh belt cooling tunnel, where they are quickly cooled to meet packaging requirements in a precisely temperature-controlled environment.

Finally, in the packaging process, the material arranging machine automatically sorts and arranges the biscuits, and cooperates with the pillow packaging machine to complete the integrated operation of bagging, sealing and coding. Some models can be extended to automatic boxing. The entire production line can operate stably with only 6-8 people monitoring it.
